Synergy Hangar is that seamless combination between form and function.
Our principals, Mary Shannon Swanson and David Burke, with their extensive experience in real estate and aviation, have re-engineered the design and experience of typical aviation hangars. Open spaces, climate control, entertainment, unique design features and casual gathering spaces bring the private aviation experience beyond the plane and into the hangar itself.
Abiding, working or entertaining in a Synergy Hangar sets the standard in the aviation industry and starts the corporate and private experience from the moment you pass through the hangar doors. It is Synergy Hangar's goal to elevate aviation hangar design elements into local and regional airports to attract quality tenants and improve the revenue of the airport and the businesses that serve the private and corporate aviation market.
Mary Shannon Swanson
CEO
Mary Shannon Swanson is the CEO for Synergy Hangar and Synergy Capital and Development Group, LLC. Mary Shannon has over 25 years in Real Estate acquisitions and development, with experience as director of sales and marketing for numerous brokerages. A graduate of UNC-Wilmington, Mary Shannon brings a unique skill set to hangar design and development providing the foundation to Synergy’s Innovative solutions, custom design, renovation and unique approach to Public/Private partnerships and infrastructure development. She resides on Johns Island, South Carolina with her family and enjoys time on the water.
David Burke
CFO
David Burke is the CFO for Synergy Hangar and Synergy Capital and Development Group LLC. CFO. A graduate of the University of Southern California, David began his career in Real Estate development and acquisitions and has been the CEO of Transit Capital Partners, an aircraft and infrastructure finance company since 2015. Responsible for capital structure and project finance, he strives to find ways to help Synergy’s public partners increase revenue while adding jobs to their local communities. He resides in Charleston, SC and is an avid surfer and island hopper.

Wayne has extensive experience in all aspects of aviation. His companies together hold over 600 patents in technology and mechanical systems, which include patents used in the market leading Shark Vacuum and Ninja Vacuum products. Wayne and his company, Omichron, have patents in the Solar, Lighting and AC/Heating arenas that are being deployed in some of Synergy Hangar's designs and concepts.

Greg is a prolific entrepreneur in technology, construction and aviation. Greg lends his technical, mechanical and constructing experience to Synergy Hangar during Synergy Hangar's design and construction phases.
Regis de Ramel
